Hello Lyndon,
Thank you for taking the time to write to eBay.
I have reviewed your account and your previous email and I hope we can resolve this matter.
Your items have been ended correctly as we have determined that we will not permit the listing of any Screwdriver items due to the background regarding the item. I understand the fact that the item in question is not related to the offensive Screw driver, however in the interest of our community we will not permit such listings.
Lyndon, I have reinstated your account as I can see that this is not an attempt to violate eBay rules but a simple misunderstanding.
I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you and I must ask you to refrain from relisting the item in question.
Thank you for your cooperation and I wish you continued success on eBay.
Thank you for being part of the eBay community.
Regards,
Emmanuelle Rice eBay Community Watch Team

Shit Lyndon, sorry to hear about all this. The whole thing sucks. And nothing ever seems to happen to the people who are straight-up boneheads selling openly bonehead merchandise, or the shady ones selling bootlegs in a deceptive manner. Case in point, there's a seller up right now who has "Skrewdriver all skrewed up original" listed, but if you read the listing it just barely mentions that it's "an original CD", whatever the fuck that means. Good luck Lyndon, I hope this all gets put right. -Carl p.s. you still have that Johnny Moped Little Queenie 7"? If so does it have a pic sleeve? I see sleeveless ones more often. If it does let me know how much you want for it.

Hey Carl, cheers for your comments. It's sorted now, and those 90 records ... sorry, 88 records will be back on eBay tomorrow night. The Johnny Moped 7" does have a pic sleeve I think. If it was in the last list, it'll be back on tomorrow. The last one on eBay sold for £1.49, so I don't expect it to go much higher than that. I can't remember the start price I'd decided on, but it was either £0.99 or £1.99.

Well done Lyndon, I'm glad you followed through and got to the bottom of this. Carl is right there are loads of people selling (very openly) RAC stuff on ebay. A few of them deal only with this type of stuff. The word Skrewdriver turns up everywhere andf nothing seems to be done. One law for them indeed!

Hey Carl, if it doesn't sell, we can come to a deal. If it does ... then just bid higher on it

I've still got 4 Skrewdriver 7"s to lose, you don't fancy listing them for me on ebay Lyndon! Come to think of it I do remember warning you last time.

Regarding what I wrote before, I guess there is an Ebay seller status I wasn't aware of - The (White) Power Seller! -Carl
