Well guys, I surpassed myself this evening and had my first ever Chicken Vindaloo curry.
Absolutely gorgeous, it was ... well, the first two mouthfuls were. After that, you could have stuck anything in my mouth and it would have tasted the same. On completion, my eyes wouldn't focus and I was sweating in places I didn't think I could sweat - I've soaked a fresh hanky and T-Shirt.
The good thing I find about a curry (especially one with loads of garlic in it) is that it's GREAT value for money. You pay for it once, you eat it once, but can taste it for hours.
