Just ordered myself a copy of Volume 2 of this book. A bit costly at 85Euros plus shipping, but I've been working fucking hard recently ... so I deserve it ;D www.hurdygurdy.it/I'll let you know if it's worth it. |

They've now got it in stock and are currently in the process of shipping over 600 of them. Mine will be here soon ... unless it gets hijacked by some bugger as it travels over France ;D
