THEY'VE FUCKING SUSPENDED MY EBAY ACCOUNT   That list had two Skrewdriver 7"ers listed ... Antisocial and You're So Dumb ... and because of that, they've suspended me. I AM SO FUCKING LIVID, YOU REALLY WOULD NOT WANT TO KNOW ME AT THE MOMENT!!!! 90 decent records, 22 of which had buyers already in less than a day ... and they do this. FUCKING WANKERS!!!!!!! |

try to complain about it, i mean there are at least 10 copies of all skrewed up every week , and those 7"es arent worse than their 1st LP. i hope i dont get kicked out for the shitty lp i'm selling at the moment. (n* rem*rse) i got warnings twice for not paying 2 records (same seller) which i had sent 3 emails and asked what he wanted p+p without any answer, after 7 weeks he complained about he didnt get any payment to ebay, still nothing sent to me. ebay erased the warnings and maybe they can put you back again?

I've raised the issue with them ... I've even given them my phone number. There is nothing racist with these records, or anything else before 1982. Even Back With A Bang isn't racist ... a skinhead record maybe, but I've never picked out any racist lyric in there.
No Remorse, eh?? I'll point out that eBay are letting this one go, but cancelled mine ;D

hehe , fine to me. its ended with no rich shitheads bidding on it...  i rather break it in pieces than give it away to someone who likes it (its a terrible record) i also almost got paid in £ currency instead of $ for the thule e.p. , i told the buyer it was a mistake of course and he got it for the actual price of corse. but it still make me wondering "what if i had set the startbid to..." maybe ebay will take a day or two before they contact you. there is still some small hope left. its double weird in some ways cause the rest of your stuff were obviously not racist stuff (as well as the two pre '83 skrewdriver records which use to be up almost weekly on eBay) |

I think this all starts a year or so ago.
I sold some seriously dodgy Skrewdriver stuff on eBay (Voice Of Britain LP, Showdown 7", etc...) and got away with it. I'd seen this stuff on eBay all time, so thought nothing of it. They all sold, except for the Alabama 7". This was relisted and terminated by eBay. I tried to explain that it wasn't racist, but they didn't want to know. I relisted it a few weeks later with the added line that it wasn't racist ... off it came again. I ended up giving it to Josh.
I guess that that was 2 strikes, and the latest was the third. It seems you can sell the stuff in the US, but not in the UK.
I really am fucking unhappy at the moment. I've got several hundred pounds worth of stuff to get rid of.

but there are no way that they can keep you away from register again, try to make a new user from another country's accounts?
i've seen lots of annoying 'taiwanese $' users the last years...

I dunno if they can cross-check information, but obviously I'd have to use the same address. Basically, I'm so pissed off at the moment that I'll get rid of the records that I have when I get my account back and then fuck it! I'll leave eBay alone.
I can still log on to the account, and my feedback, watches, sold & unsold lists are still there ... I just can't do anything else but search. I can't even get onto the community forums.

lydon just warned me about ebays narrow minded view of pre 1983 skrewdriver stuff thanks mate .a funny thing is happening.they have been viewrd 2/3 times each but there is 8 people watching them .
