hey, does anyone know something about this uk band or has anyone maybe their demo: SCHUTZHAFT  i just found that little review in the well known uk zine "Raising Hell" (leeds) ca. 84/85: demo/live tape surprizingly good uk "hardcore" style band, powerful melodic tunes with crashing drum sounds that go along smoothly at a fairly fast pace,they sound ´good live too so watch out for em.Address was a bloke named Stuart from Peterborough. kalle |

yeah, thanx alot for that info.
yes, i saw the DAMNED, one of my all time fave bands ever, on 28th august last year in hamburg (home of SLIME !!!!!) in the big hall Markthalle.so i saw that guy Stu West (pre SCHUTZHAFT memeber) on stage then.
yes, i remember it was a great DAMNED gig though.
so that guy played also in English Dogs then, their recent drummer also did, Pinch. I still remember Pinch giving me his telephone number at the VARUKERS / MAU MAUS gig in Bielefeld ,Germany back in 1984 cause i was going to visit him in the uk that year.
but anyway, i really would like to haer that band SCHUTZHAFT.
so i will keep an eye on it.
