Man, I'm having the hardest time trying to find that fuckin book here in the u.s. where can I pick one up at besides cherry red?

i ran into the same problum. but after a long search a local shop was able to get it for me through one of thier distributors

There's a copy on eBay at the moment, and the listing states that it's out of print. It is still on the Cherry Red website, so I reckon you should get a copy NOW whilst you still can. There have been many occasions in my life when I've said "I'll get it later", only to find out that I'd missed the boat.
