I just want to plug this band a bit. They are fairly local to where I live and are fucking awesome. I've knocked up a webpage with some MP3s from their CD. If you like it, buy it! No clues to the bonus track, but it a nice cover version of something a little less punky www.lthenstridge.freeserve.co.uk/PeepingToms

Hi Lyndon. I've been listening to this band a lot, I think they are great. Catchy as hell 70's punk sound kinda similer in ways to the Not Sensibles but better!

Yeah, the Not Sensibles, and a lil bit of PTTB as well.
That brings me to ask if anyone knows the Fish Brothers ? It's basically the backing band of Attila the Stockbroker these years...

Now you mention it, I can hear a bit of PTTB's in there too. I've now seen them 4 times, but they don't seem to play away from the South Coast.
Their live set includes a non-keyboard version of The Stranglers' "Tank" ... and fucking great it is too. They recorded another CD some time ago, but I don't think they've got any more copies of that. I think they are in the process of making another CD, so watch this space ...

Hey Lyndon...........Good call.
Can't see the Notsensibles comparison myself, but awsome none the less. Sure I detected some Rockabilly in there, especially the last MP3.
When are they playing local again? I think its time to meet up for a light ale!!

Hey Ash
Yeah, we need to meet up again, matey, if nothing else so that I can give you the few covers that weren't damaged when I tripped up and threw a cup of hot chocolate over them ... ha ha kidding, they;re fine..
I dunno when the Peeping Toms are playing again. They're gigs page on the website hasn't been updated for months.
Check out the Fat Drunk Stupid thread and look at their website. They regularly gig close to you and are well worth seeing for some great 1977 punk covers. They are also supporting ANWL in Salisbury in June ... hmmmm .... very tempting.
